Refund Policy

Lexos stands behind every engagement. This policy explains eligibility, timelines, and processes for addressing billing concerns or refund requests.

Effective date: October 10, 2025

1. Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of invoice date when deliverables materially fail to meet documented acceptance criteria, blueprint outputs, or regulatory commitments and Lexos is unable to resolve the issue in good faith.

  • Prepaid retainers and milestone-based projects qualify for pro-rated refunds on undelivered scope.
  • Subscriptions to managed services are refundable for unused months if service-level guarantees are breached.
  • Third-party license fees procured on the client’s behalf are non-refundable unless the vendor approves the request.

2. Non-refundable scenarios

  • Custom development already accepted by the client or deployed to production environments.
  • Delays or issues caused by incomplete client inputs, infrastructure access, or change requests outside agreed scope.
  • Training, consulting workshops, or discovery sprints once the scheduled session has commenced.

3. Request process

  1. Email billing@lexos.in with your contract or invoice reference, quotation ID, and a clear description of the concern.
  2. Provide supporting evidence such as acceptance logs, QA findings, or correspondence.
  3. Our finance and delivery leaders will review within five business days and share a resolution plan, which may include remedial work, credits, or refund.

4. Disbursement timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or mapped settlement channel within 10 business days. International transactions may depend on bank processing windows.

5. Escalation

If you feel a request was not handled fairly, escalate to the Lexos COO at coo@lexos.in. We are committed to resolving issues collaboratively.

6. Policy updates

We evaluate this policy periodically to reflect evolving operating models. Updates will be published here with a new effective date. Continued use of Lexos services implies acceptance of changes.
