EuroRights: Know Your Rights

Effective date: 12 June 2025

Overview

EuroRights ("the App") is developed by Lexos Security, Borsad, Gujarat, India. The App provides offline educational information about legal rights in selected European countries. We designed EuroRights to work without accounts, ads, analytics trackers, or internet access.

Information We Collect

We do not collect personal data. EuroRights does not:

Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following information locally on your device only:

This data remains on your device, is not transmitted to Lexos Security or any third party, and can be removed by clearing the App's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the App.

Offline Operation

EuroRights is fully offline. Legal rights content is bundled inside the App. No INTERNET permission is required for core functionality. If you use the optional share feature, your device’s standard share sheet may send text to apps you choose — that action is controlled by you and your device, not by EuroRights servers.

Children's Privacy

EuroRights is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Security

Because data stays on your device and the App does not operate backend services, there is no remote database of user information to secure. We recommend keeping your device updated and using a screen lock.

Your Rights

You may delete all locally stored App data at any time through Android Settings → Apps → EuroRights → Storage → Clear data, or by uninstalling the App.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
